HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!, November 4, 2010 By This review is from: Luxury Quilted Heated Mattress Pad Quilted Queen Size 60 x 80 Inches I bought this at a local Sam's Club, but there were no instructions in the box. This company has no website where you can find instructions. I also could not find the company anywhere on the Internet. I found eventually located the company's phone number in small type on the outside of the box and tried to call it four separate times over a three day period.
Each time I called I received a pleasant recording thanking me for calling customer service and advising that all representatives were helping other callers and asking me to hold. The first time I called, I was on hold for over one hour when i had to hang up because I an an appointment to go to. I called back two days later and was on hold for 53 minutes before the phone just disconnected. I called back today twice, the first time on hold for 47 minutes before the call disconnected and than another time for 12 minutes before the call disconnected.
This company is is obviously not taking customer service... Read more

Superior to other brands, December 6, 2010 This review is from: Luxury Quilted Heated Mattress Pad Quilted Queen Size 60 x 80 Inches We have owned 2 Sunbeam heated mattress pads in the past, which have now both given out. We have just started using our new Touch of Class product, which so far seems to be far superior. We cannot feel the wiring through the polyester (unlike the Sunbeam product). It warms nicely and quickly. The dual controls are quite cumbersome, however.
So far, so good.
Also, the company DOES have a website, although I have not (yet) needed to contact their customer service department.[...] You'll pay more for the product, plus increased shipping if you order from their site. I got ours from Sam's Club.

The first was bought last Feb and quit working before spring. I just got a new one from the company and have used it less than a month! They BOTH just show(ed) EE and won't work.
When dealing with the company, it became obvious that they did not want to deal with problems, just wanted to make money. I sat on the phone for hours waiting for Customer Service to pick up. I finally Googled the company and found the corporate location phone number. That worked for about three weeks, then the promised replacement didn't arrive and when I tried to call back, they wouldn't call back and help with my problem. It had been over 12 weeks trying get anyone to call me back when I finally got someone on the phone that actually helped! Then it took over 4 weeks for my replacement to be sent out. What a rip off company and product.
Don't waste your time, don't waste your money.
